Terms & Conditions

Read the following guidelines before ordering.

1. In general

  1. An order form should be filled out for your orders.
  2. You must be 100% sure of your orders before filling out the order form.
  3. No backing out and cancelling of orders, except in rare conditions where item is discontinued.
  4. Strictly no return and no exchange are allowed.
  5. We have the right to change our terms and conditions, prices of products and services without prior notice.
  6. Once you submitted an order form, it means you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
  7. If you violate the terms and conditions, you will be blacklisted and/or face the possibility of being barred from future purchases

 

2. Customization

  1. Here at AmeVi Designs we believe in giving you the freedom to style and customize your own accessories, cases and bags. You may choose from a wide selection of over 200 accessories and fabrics.
  2. We accept customised orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. Customers are to fill in the customised order form (insert link) and specify accordingly the details of the item(s) they would like to be customised. Allow 3-5 days for your customised orders to be processed, Mummy Vi and Amelia will review your order and revert back as soon as they can.
  3. As items are handmade, customised orders may take up to 8-10 weeks depending on the request, and also the availability of the fabric design or accessories parts. For less complicated orders, it will typically take about 2-3 weeks. AmeVi Designs aims to complete all orders with good workmanship & lots of love.
  4. At least 70% payment of items is required once we have quote the price for the customised items. Payment to be made within 2 days. No changes to customised orders to be made once you have made your down payment.
